Volume 1 Bipolar
This is a downloadable version 1 of my emotion series, I call her bipolar due to the split colors in her face with the coolness representing sadness, and the warm tones showing warmth and happiness. if you dive deeper into this you can look in the back ground that it is mixed media paper, however what makes this unique is that the paper coincide with the emotions the woman may be battling with.
Ultimately this leads to the name bipolar as the emotions you see depicted through this painting, is what people with this condition go through on the daily but they keep it inside. People with this condition also tend to be affected by the things around them, such as places, people, and even other people's emotions.
Fun Fact: This painting was hung in April 2023, during my first year that I was invited to attend The Art Heals Event located at The Warehouse Arts District in St. Pete FL. This event is put together to show how art can help heal through the past of abuse and trauma.
